Thanksgiving...what you cooking

At Ma's house

1. 2 Chocolate Fudge Pecan Pies (in the oven)
2. 1 Mincemeat Pie
3. Cranberry -Pineapple Jell-O Salad
4. Maple pecan sweet potatoes
5. Broccoli Casserole
6. Cornbread dressing.
7. Turkey gravy

Here is the change up....Ma's upper oven door hinge broke 2 weeks ago. Part on order. So we will be stuffing the turkey and placing on a stand in a drip pan...cooking on the Green Egg. I have never let Pa this close to my turkey. I have to have the drippings for the gravy.

Have any of you tried this before? Does it taste like a roasted turkey?
