Lost 2 of 3 coordinators last off-season.
I have to wonder if we are underestimating the importance of Elder and Jancek in being torchbearers for Butch's system/culture, particularly as it pertains to playing disciplined football. That facet of our play has been the biggest negative change from previous seasons, in my opinion. What say you?
