I write this kinda tongue in check, but we have 4 permanent captains elected by the team. 3 or the 4 have significant injuries...one done for the year, one maybe back in a week or so, and one up in the air but doesn't sound too good.

Next coincidence....there were three players who decided to forego entering the NFL draft to play another season. All three have significant injuries.
How will that bode going forward when counseling players considering the option. I know it would now be doubly hard to decide to return after what has happened.
