I'm not here to argue the touch on his deep throws, just going to throw out some general stats to compare Dobbs with past Tennessee QBs:
Dobbs: career 60.6 completion %
Tee Martin: career 55.4%, never surpassed 58%
Casey Clausen: career 61% (whom so many rave about his accuracy)
Manning: career 62.5%, 60.2% in 1997
I don't think anyone can argue that his receivers have helped him out in the slightest bit either. With another year under his belt, improved chemistry between him and the receivers and just better overall play from the receivers the number is only going to get better.
