Jalen Hurd was the prize recruit of the Butch Jones era and the fact that Butch started running the I form. in the bowl game makes me believe that Jalen was ready to bolt last year and he led him to believe he would play more to his strengths and then reneged this Fall. Other recruits are seeing, IMO, if he is too stubborn to play to a 5 stars strengths, who is not a east and west runner, why would they believe any thing he says. Butch's stubbornness seems to be following the path of Johnny Majors and Phillip Fulmer. Hiring buddies instead of the most qualified candidates is going to come back to bite him as well as not adapting to your players strengths. So all flame away and tell me I am a dumbass but most of you know that this is true.
