Turns out Brentwood has an ordinance in place where dogs can’t bark habitually and repeatedly to prevent you from enjoying your property. A citation can be issued. This surprised me.
Anyways, hate that I had to do it. They are nice people. Just don’t give a shit. We are about to list and sell our house so it needed to be done. Our house will easily raise their home value up at least 50k when it sells so I don’t expect them to go redneck on us.
