Need an OC to challenge Butch. He needs to grow, and he has, but we need an aggressive playcaller that will take risks. We also need an oline coach. I know we're decimated now, but even at the beginning of the year our starting 5 has been subpar. Butch has been great, and this year has been unreal with the injuries, but I believe these things will need to happen to get in the playoff conversation....
