And the argument about whether it affected the outcome of the game is irrelevant. If the perceived competitive advantage is completely imaginary, it does not matter. Intent is the only thing that matters in this. They clearly think it gives them some sort of advantage or they would not be doing it. And attempting to gain an advantage by deliberately breaking rules (now a repeat offender) cannot be tolerated.
They need to be hammered by the NFL. Major fine, major suspensions, and major draft pick penalties...
