Is that this board has zero clue whether anyone is a good (or bad) hire. I don't know whether Deboard (or anyone else that's hired) will work out or not. What I do know is 95% of the posters bitching had no clue who the guy was last week (nor could they have named you 5 offensive coordinators in the country outside of the SEC).
Every hire is a dud to this fanbase. Unless it's Gruden, Peyton, or Jesus this crowd thinks we hired a bum.
