That play design on the first pick 6 against Kentucky was one of the worst schemes I’ve ever seen By a supposedly top notch OC. That was like a world renowned chef serving sweet potatoe casserole with ketchup on top.
The level of difficulty on that throw was 10 out of 10 for a 7 yard gain. And the risk is literally about as high as you can get with the risk being a pick 6. Putting an already tunrover prone QB in that situation is moronic.
