Not advocating firing Butch like many on here, but just curious at who this board feels is THE RIGHT GUY as Brent noted in another thread.
And please, dispense with the Gruden stuff or anyone else who is obviously not available.
IMO, this is a big issue right now. There simply isn't a "Right Guy" out there. I don't even think Tom Herman is the rock star others are making him out to be.
I think a guy like Mike McIntyre or JP Fleck could become THE RIGHT GUY, but neither are ready for TN right now. McIntyre in particular if he has another really good season at Colorado and wins PAC-12.
