It is comical to see people bashing Bob Welton and Butch Jones evaluations and siding with 25 year old kids fresh out of journalism school, who are creating star rating out of thin air. Not one of those journalism majors knows a thing about talent evaluation and yet so many choose to put their faith in them over the proven evaluations of a veteran talent guy like Welton.
