If I counted correctly, 7 Top 100 rated prospects for 2023 (by one service or another) were referenced in the football portion of the WR. That is a really big number. IMHO, for the Vols to compete nationally from a talent perspective, they need about 10 Top 100 players (again, by one service or another) per recruiting class.
They could get off to one heck of a start if they can close a few of these guys.
