I wasn't born yesterday but I have to be honest and admit, I fit the criteria. My wife and I were having a nice stroll down the River Walk in Wilmington around 12 pm. We were going to our favorite brunch place, the Dixie Cafe when I noticed a sign outside of Ruth Chris saying they were open for Brunch. I said to my wife, let's give it a go. 1 hour later and $100 dollars lighter, I felt rather foolish. We both had steak and eggs, my wife had a Bloody Mary and I had water. Way, Way overpriced.
