It is amazing how quickly things can unravel. Just a few weeks ago our team was on the brink of something special. No matter what has happened and who's at fault, this is painful. I was just thinking about my 7-year-old who is a VFL and how devastated he will be when I tell him Hurd is leaving. Not to mention how much he cried after Saturday's game. Just an unfortunate situation all around.
