Won't bother with house size, unit sizing etc. I'm comfortable that the units are sized correctly for the house.
Really after your thoughts, recent experience with the two brands. Have had both in the past, at least 10 or 12 years for either. At one time I know Goodman had a good reputation for great price/performance value proposition. Been so long, though.
