Is anybody expecting any championships soon with this level of a class? We have by far the lowest avg star ranking in the top 10. Regardless of what people say that DOES matter. There are teams in the 30's that have a much higher average.
I live in AL and the Tide fans always ask me about Butch Jones. My response: I think he is a good coach that can win 8 games a year and he doesn't deserve to be fired. However, we will likely continue to go to a mid-tier bowl and win against a decent opponent and end on a good note. I believe that's our cycle that will repeat itself over and over.
"At least Dooley isn't here" is such an awful response that I hate to hear.
