not sure what's wrong with williams, lacking confidence? he needs a TD in the worst way.

it's like he's completely disappeared after missing on the TD vs. app state. well, he did surface momentarily to turn an easy catch into an INT.

smith has been a non-factor outside of whiffing on blocks.
