According to reports Seattle has removed itself for consideration of signing Jadeveon Clowney and all indications are that the Titans will sign Clowney as early as Tuesday of next week. By delaying Clowney signing until next week the Titans can avoid losing a comp pick in the NFL draft.
With this in mind, the Titans might not feel the need to invest in traffic in a edge rusher in this draft.
My thoughts are that the Titans are going to draft a cornerback, a running back, or wide receiver with their first round pick.
There is a gaping hole in the secondary left by the departure of Logan Ryan. The team still can re-sign him but they won’t come anywhere near reaching his previous request for $10 million a year.
Quarterbacks that come to mind are Jeff Gladney from TCU, AJ Terrell from Clemson, Noah Igbinghene From Auburn
Top wide receiver to come to mine include Leviiska Shenault from Colorado, Brandon Aiyuk from Arizona State, and Michael Pittman from USC.
