Some of Tennessee’s rivals have a few players who have yet to declare whether they are entering the draft or not. For example, Georgia has had 4 Juniors already declare for the draft along with several Seniors who have ”declared” while they have 17 other players who have completed 3 years of post-high school time and are eligible to declare.
