We do an excellent job in scouting - better than rivals. The team does not need immediate help at most positions. We are taking players whom Welton and the staff believe have size, speed, character and have potential to grow and develop into exceptional players in two years. This staff is looking a lot more closely at character and fit and where they can contribute than is rivals or espn.
