He is saying there are 2 players at USM who were living with their HS coaches while being a partial qualifiers and them paying for their school while sitting out. this was approved by USM compliance but turns out is against the rules. He thinks USM will be hit with a failure to monitor charge but Donnie will be free of any charges. This from a source at USM.
