post-1st game fan analysis:
1. How unimaginative our offensive play calling was last night. Everything seemed so predictable. Any time we threw on first down and had an incompletion or short gain, we ran on 2nd down. I don't remember any type of misdirection or reverse to try and counter ASU's pursuit. ASU used a lot of misdirection to counter our speed on defense and it was pretty effective.
2. How many yards ASU got running the ball up the middle. That totally surprised me. I never expected our OL and DL to have such trouble in the game last night.
I will say that my observations of the game last night may be influenced by the daze and fog I was in from watching our performance.
