A friend of mine bet me straight up on the Vols vs UGA next week. I think the lines going to open approx.Vols -2 and may finish up at Vols - 4. He only wanted to bet a larger amount of money than I would like to bet. I thought about hedging out by betting the same amount on Georgia and taking the points. In essence, if the line is Vols -3 and we win by 0-2 pts, I win both bets. If we win by more than the spread or lose, I only pay the juice. Essentially, risking the juice to have a chance to win both bets. I will gladly pay the juice if the Vols cover. What are your thoughts?
