UNC/SC

I have a weird feeling SC is going to suck this year and been ragging my buddy from home that they would lose to an ACC school tonight , so he wants to make it interesting:

If Unc wins, he buys my ticket to the TN game this year
If Usc wins, he buys my ticket to the TN game this year

Safe bet? I don't know too much about Unc other than they improved through the season last year and let ECU hang 70 points on them.
