We could have taken Moore and maybe even Conliffe and prob a couple others I don't recall with higher rankings like the Gaddy Bros. That right there is three 4 stars and a 3 star iirc
We have a kicker and a must have QB counting instead of those 4 stars above...and on that QB take...some do like him given our situation so I don't mind either of those takes. If we didn't have three 4 star QBs on our roster 1 being a Jr who had played some and the other being a RS Fr stud then you could add anither 4 star QB to our list IMO at the very least. Butch did the right thing for UT taking a QB and he was liked by some good QB programs
We very well might have 2 and even 3 blueshirts too that do fill needs and are counting towards this class ranking right now.
3 star Butler is a first team Parade AA with 3 star Page and T Smith being honorable mentions
IMO 2 of our 3 star DBs very well could be underrated based on their offer lists and who considered them really late in this process.
T. Jordan would be a 3 star at least on every service if reevaluated.....Counting on Rivals as a 2 star which is ridiculous given who looked at him late. He's a mid 3 star on TOS after being reevaluated
Prob missing a couple of other examples too
This class is not nearly what some have made it out to be.....It's not a top 5 class but IMO it's not a class outside the top 12 when we look back in 3 years or so. Add what I posted up....

QB...If we were in a situation that was appealing to a top QB....4*
Then give star bumps to the following:
Shamburger- UGA and maybe Bama considered late and has offers from AU and OMiss....4*
Labruzza- 7 SEC offers incl LSU...at least 1 CB is underrated imo.....4*

T Jordan 5.6 3* on 247

That's 6 more possible 4 stars and 2 mid to high 3 stars Butch could have had
Take off the kicker and prob 1 or 2 other blueshirts from this ranking cycle and suddenly this class is inside the top 10
I get on Butch from time to time but this class isn't one that sticks out as much as some would seem to think if you see why it isn't rated higher or what Butch could have easily done and ignored needs
