I'm trying to be fair. But this is still just bad. Female announcer just compared Jordan Spieth's mental approach to John McEnroe. Only she first said Patrick McEnroe and had to correct herself. There are one or two decent commentators. But even Azinger seems off his game without a Mike Tureco beside him. It's mainly a bunch of unremarkable commentary. Reminds me of listening to Tour de France coverage or a noon kickoff college football game. Now the sound and picture are messed up, which admittedly may be Comcast or my TV. But It all adds up to- the US Open deserves better.
