Is Tennessee, under its' various leadership groups for the past 10 odd years, represent the most inept administration from a public relations standpoint that you have ever freakin seen?
One of 2016's lessons is certainly that perception can become reality. Tennessee seems to make no effort whatsoever to deal with that reality.
From a communications standpoint, Butch just sits on the University's front porch (the ghost of Dr. Andy Holt rolling in his grave) twisting in the wind while all the high muckety mucks dream of more fancy seating at OUR stadium.
What a joke of a University.
