I know it was brought up again last year as some have said its the only way to fix Chapman highway but as the Urban Wilderness continues to develop South Knoxville and become part of the local economy I dont see how you can sacrifice all that progress. It has attracted a lot of businesses and envouraged development where before there was nothing.
