From my sources on campus, I was told last week that Vic was really disappointed with how he didn't get as much playing time as he would have liked. My source stated that Vic had been complaining about playing time since the 2nd or 3rd game of the year and claimed that he was "promised" playing time by the coaching staff during his recruitment, which somewhat surprises me because I know most coaching staff's sweet-talk recruits but I was pretty positive that our staff tells most recruits that they're going to come in & compete for spots, not just be "given" playing time. My source also said that Vic says he wishes he would have gone to Notre Dame & he isn't a fan of Coach Z or Butch, which surprises me about Butch especially. I really like Vic a lot, he is an excellent individual & I wish him the best and I really hope he stays with our program & changes his mindset if my source is correct (which I'm very confident my source is spot on). As most of us know, their has been strong cloud that a lot of the player's don't like Coach Z on or off the field, let's hope that they stick around and we have long term success filled with SEC and national titles.
