He's been there 3 years and 3 straight World Series appearances. Maybe just coincidence? Did he leave because he was hitting coach and didn't want to do small ball in SEC? I thought he was supposed to be a coup for Serrano at the time. Also would he be a candidate to be head coach if Serrano is gone after next season?
