I have been on this site for a while now and just recently started posting. After reading Brent's piece on the front page (and a little teary eyed) I was thinking how I feel like BRAJP are close friends/family. No, I have never met any of them but feel like I talk to them on a daily/weekly basis. Most of the time I don't care what a majority of you have to say or smarta$$ responses you have to threads, but the moment I see a thread or response by BRAJP I ALWAYS check it out.
Volquest is a great place made of great people and Vol fans. Passionate Vol fans and the best in the world. But, it was made great by Brent and Co. (should be trademarked). As any good team needs a good head coach and any good head coach has good assistants Volquest has THE BEST head coach, @Brent_Hubbs and one amazing staff of assistants. I feel as if I am one of the "players"; one of many that make this site entertaining, informative, and sometimes way off base. But it's fun!
I could not imagine a job where I got paid to cover the team I love most in every aspect like BRAJP. I am just thankful that I have the opportunity to feel like an "insider" to my friends that aren't on VQ and more importantly even though I am an outsider I feel like I am in the program. For a passionate fan it is the best $99 I can spend.
So thanks Brent and Co. for all you do. Thanks for making VQ what it is. Thanks for being our leader and head coach. Thanks for being a part of "our" family. Thanks for being a friend (Golden Girls theme song plays). And thank you for giving us all hope that better days are coming for UT football.
Most importantly, Brent, glad you are doing well and continued thoughts and prayers your way! Let's plays some football!!!
