I know response personnel are currently at work and donations of all necessities, as well as housing are currently happening. But does anyone know of any calls for volunteers as of now? I'm sure we'll be needed to help once the flames and danger have died down.
The Red Cross is currently advising not to rush to Knoxville to volunteer understandably, so we'll likely see calls for volunteers later in the week to next week.
It's times like these that we have to act and be true neighbors to one another.
