Think you meant Joseph Toppin rather than Joseph Tippen. He was at Meadowcreek last year as a sophomore, but transferred to Norcross. Listed at 6'6 he is elite level athlete who should improve by leaps and bounds @ Norcross. If his game can come anywhere near his athletic ability he would be a good fit. Playing this spring/summer with Atlanta Celtics 2018 they tweeted out that he got an offer on Saturday after the Elite Camp.
