Way OT: Mariota car

So my mom went to Costco in west Nashville today and claims a white sports car with a "mariota" license plate was parked in the handicap parking spot with no handicap tag. She began talking to one of the employees and they were more angry about it than she was. She would not know what he looks like, but does anyone know if he drives a white sports car. Does not seems like that kind of guy.
