As all this info comes down and taking a good look at our team this year I have made some observations about our players/coaches. Some may agree and some may disagree feel free to either way. In no particular order.....
Josh Dobbs-smart kid that can tell you how a ball should be thrown and why but can't do it. Can read a playbook but not a defense. Has been able to use running ability to win games in a time we needed wins and put himself in an "untouchable" situation. Can easily name 5 SEC QB's better than him. Dobbs would be a great LSU QB.
Malone-Soft as tissue paper. Scared to death to go across the middle.
Jennings-MAN. PLAYER. If our whole team had his mindset we would be ok.
Hurd-As said before, he is in the wrong system and when he sees other RBs having more success has become butt hurt. As reported he has a "lower extremity" injury, inflation of the clitoris.
Butch-Good hire at the time to stabilize our program. Recruited well but as I stated before, he is our Brady Hoke. He, like lots of smaller program hires, does not know how to handle it when you are the favorite. He is used to being at Cincinnati and being the underdog. The stage and pressure of being on top is too big for him.
