He's winning with less talent than some of the teams he is playing. Doesn't require dumb motivational tactics or dumb cliches. Just good old fashioned coaching.
If I'm an AD of a big time school like Texas or Tennessee I take a hard look at Macintyre as opposed to the flavor of the moment Herman.
