Great to be able to walk out of Sanford as a winner. The dawg fans were quiet all day and didn't hassle us at all. Before game, they were expecting a beat down and of course were in shock afterwards.
I do kinda hate to see our team celebrate like they did in the locker room. I know you need to enjoy an improbable win but this is a veteran that has played below its potential in all 5 games. That was an inferior dawg team and we let them take the fight to us most of the game. We have played soft and sloppy most of the season, which reflects poorly on the coaching staff. The D was particularly soft against the run yesterday
We have to start playing better or the next two weeks could result in two Ls. Frankly, the way we are playing we could struggle against the likes of mizzou and so car unless they help us a lot like va tech did.
