Butch has done a great job stocking our team with talent. The kids are in great shape, winning fourth quarters. And they have heart galore! Our schemes and play-calling are good on both sides of the ball
But our fundamentals are sorely lacking. We can't tackle. We can't cover the long ball. We don't take care of the football, and we get tons of penalties. Discipline usually comes as a result of excellent coaching in the fundamentals. The mystery is that this was a strength last year.
