Here's what I got so far:

- Stop printing and shipping physical tickets. There has to be significant costs with printing and shipping. Go 100% e-tickets that can be printed at home or displayed on a smart phone.
- No more cups, lids, straws for soft drinks or beers. Give everyone the can or bottle opened. Money saved plus the added benefit of significantly less waste and greater efficiency.
- No physical media guides, posters, or commemorative calendars that they send to donors and season ticket holders each year.
- Scrap the donor appreciation day BBQ event.
