I am just curious as to why so many people feel like we have to hire a new AD today rather than allow the new Chancellor time to be involved in the decision since she will have to "own" it one way or another.
The next "major" decision by our AD will likely be what to do about Serrano.
In the interim - Hart is still the AD and should be able to do to the day-to-day activities that are currently required.
