with this Holly situation. If you just let her contract expire, then that will hurt us big time in recruiting. Everyone would know what was coming. Extending her is NOT an option in any scenario. No matter if she insists it’ll help with perception of stability in program. No way that can happen. That just leaves firing her & eating the 650k. Pay it out over a few years. That won’t even be a blip on our radar

Question is will Phil do it? I don’t think he has a choice
