Take it from me.. It means someone is talking good about you in the upper circles.. Also take it from me high demand is a whisper away from being low demand..
so if you think for a second your high demand last very long - don't.. I was once told by owner of large company after handing me 10K stock options how important I was.. With-in 3 weeks my manager left and I heard "anyone can be replaced " .. oops i guess no-one told the new manager how import i was ;-) Right now I make double what the manager does but soon He will hear how great of a job he is doing while taking credit for all our hard work.. its called hide the real important ppl.. But no-worries I still have stocks and one day managers all move on when they hear How in high demand they are and someone believes it enough yo offer double pay.. Anyone Can Be Replaced-- anyone!
