I went into detail about us beating Florida and Georgia and the possibility that we could sweep the east. I also voiced my concerns about Florida not rescheduling their game which could lock us out of Atlanta.
The guy on the phone, who was a doosh, read the rules about the tie breaker as well as the rules about postponed games. I told him I understood but it wasn't fair. He then proceeded to say "Well, RULES ARE RULES"
I then asked him who his favorite team is and how he'd feel if it happened to them. I detected a slight smirk in his tone before he said "Alabama" and he doesn't have to worry about it because they beat everybody they need to in the SEC.
