i personally think the pressure has gotten to him.... hes gained a lot of weight.... had another baby... juggling everything may be too much for him... great defensive coordinator but from outside looking in, it doesnt look like hes letting his coaches coach.... hes trying to take on too much and micro managing... he has to be micro-managing.... we know hes hard to work for which im fine with but you gotta know how to get out of the way... our old school offense while hampered by JG has to be best example of this... i dont think germy is a bad coach and i actually really like the guy but i just dont think hes cut out for a HC job at this
