And what % cheer for them because they're Vols and they're giving their all on the field, even though you'd have given more and better?
I'm in the latter group. I love my Vols through thick and thin. Yes I hoped for and expected more from this crazy, injury riddled season (never seen anything like that in my 4 decades as a Vol fan). And yes there have been frustrating, head scratching, and downright disappointing moments this season.
But there's also been some tremendous excitement, spectacular plays, and very fun games where you better not blink or you'll miss something amazing.
The Vols lost to one bad team and two good teams. They'll finish with (I hope) 10 wins, or maybe 9, or possibly 8. I'll be rooting for them the rest of the way. And again next year. Hoping for the best. But cheering for them regardless.
