And social distancing is that it isn’t a one or the other option. You can return to work and still practice social distancing.
I’ve been in discussions where we are going to basically use every other workstation to keep employees more than 6 feet apart while they work, remove chairs in conference rooms so that only a limited number can be in them, remove chairs and spread tables out in cafeteria/have specific times when certain floors can eat/provide preorders and contactless pickup, etc. we have even discussed making every other stall, urinal, and sink unavailable to help keep people separated
