What season markers does Pruitt need to keep recruiting momentum towards a top 5 class?

Last year, I thought in order to get a top ten class, he needed 7-5 and to improve the SEC record. Both were accomplished and we ended up #7..

to get to top 5, I imagine we need 8-4 with an upset over UF, UGA or Bama. I think a win over OU would be great but it doesn’t carry the same momentum in recruiting if we lose to the others. I believe a win over UGA late in the season would be the biggest boost of them all.

If we go 8-4 without an upset win, I think our class finishes in the top 7-10 range
