What was the biggest signing day gut punch you can remember?

I wasn't following recruiting pre-2006, so I'm sure there were some epic stories in the 90s. But I'll never forget when J.C. Copeland signed with LSU just out of no where. That one stung. Runner up was Lamar Dawson. Thought we were landing that kid and Kiffin stole him.

Both were classic Kiffin recruits (i.e. high rankings, low production.) But it sucked at the time.
