Maybe I'm simply blinded by the rage over what happend last night, and vs. ole miss this season, and vs. pitt on the poor spot this season. I'm having a hard time coming up with anything deemed "controversial" that favored Tennessee.
The ONLY thing that I can come up with right now is vs. uf in 2004, Jonathan Wade hit a uf player after the whistle, that player retaliated and got hit with a 15 yard unsportsmanlike that if I remember correctly backed them up to punt to us in what would become the winning drive for Wilhoit to make a long kick.
We kind of got away with one there, but I'm not even sure I'd call that controversial as everyone knows it's the 2nd guy who always gets caught and flagged.
